Para realizarlo, nos tumbaremos de lado con la banda por encima de las rodillas y dejaremos una pierna fija en el suelo. Lo sujetaremos por los extremos con las dos manos, situ\u00e1ndolo a la altura del pecho. Una vez fijo y con el abdomen siempre en tensi\u00f3n, apretaremos todo lo que podamos, intentando que ambas partes de sujeci\u00f3n se toquen.
